Appetitaly is the first italian brand specialized in packaging and sending “Sweet Gifts" at home in italy. Our range of products includes breakfast, romantic break, tea-time and breakfast for all occasions. every range presents several versions with different content in the box and price. Once you have chosen your favourite menu, you can insert it in one of our gift boxes of your choice and write your message. If you want, you can also add to the box one of our personalised gifts. we deliver all over Italy and Europe.

You can order online: on our website you will find a very simple and intuitive wizard to choose your “Sweet Gift” and make your box as you pleased.

You can choose one of the following methods: - by Credit Card via Paypal (4% commission) - Online Bank Transfer in advance

Delivery takes place via courier, directly to the recipient's home. In some locations, delivery via pony express is possible with an advance booking of at least 48 hours.

Order and payment (Italy and Europe) must be made at least 24/48 hours in advance of the delivery date, 36 hours in advance, for Islands and Distant Places.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Delivery is possible on Saturday and Sunday but ONLY FOR SOME LOCATIONS and with a reservation of at least 36 hours, upon request and quote. The orders we receive during the weekend are processed starting from the following Monday and therefore will be delivered at the earliest on Tuesday. In Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia and some remote areas, delivery takes place within the second working day following payment.

La Spedizione Standard, ossia in giornata (dalle 9 alle 18), è compresa nel costo del Dolce Pensiero. Il costo delle consegne per fascia oraria è così suddiviso: - Entro le ore 9 am: € 25,00 - Entro le ore 10:30 am: € 15,00 Le Spedizioni interne alla Comunità Europea hanno un costo di € 25,00. Il costo della Spedizione per il Regno Unito comprende anche le tasse doganali ed è pari ad € 48.

If the recipient is not available, the courier leaves a message on the door, he makes a second attempt or the shipment goes into storage. Anyway we will track your shipment until delivery notification. Please, be aware that the courier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept liability if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or the address is incorrect. We have different types of products suitable for every moment of the day. So, if you aren’t sure that the recipient will be at home or at office for breakfast time, you can choose a “Romantic Break” or “Tea-Time” suitable for every moment of the day! Another option is to ship our “ Sweet Gift” the day before the occasion and we will write for you “Don’t open until tomorrow morning!”

Absolutely not! Coffee and Cappuccino are soluble, so you just add hot water. Biscuits and other fresh products are packaged in vacuum packs that preserve quality and taste.

Of course! On our site you will find a wide range of boxes with graphics suitable for all occasions but, if you want, you can send us a picture and we will make a customized box for you! Similarly, you can customize the menu. We will satisfy your requests, as far as possible!

Of course! our sweet gifts are always anonymous. The box you have chosen is packaged inside an Appetitaly brand packaging box. The content is strictly confidential. The sender’s name is only in the message printed on the parchment, if it’s signed.
