Once you have chosen your favourite menu, you can insert it in one of our gift boxes of your choice and write your message. If you want, you can also add to the box one of our personalised gifts. we deliver all over Italy and Europe.
2HOW CAN I ORDER AN APPETITALY’S “DOLCE PENSIERO- SWEET GIFT”?
You can order online: on our website you will find a very simple and intuitive wizard to choose your “Sweet Gift” and make your box as you pleased.
3WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can choose one of the following methods: - by Credit Card via Paypal (4% commission) - Online Bank Transfer in advance
4HOW DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Delivery takes place via courier, directly to the recipient's home. In some locations, delivery via pony express is possible with an advance booking of at least 48 hours.
5HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER MY “DOLCE PENSIERO-SWEET GIFT”?
Order and payment (Italy and Europe) must be made at least 24/48 hours in advance of the delivery date, 36 hours in advance, for Islands and Distant Places.
6WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND TIMES YOU CAN DELIVER MY "SWEET GIFT?
The Delivery Service is available from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays falling on weekdays. Orders we receive during the weekend are processed starting from the following Monday.
7WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES?
Next Day Standard Delivery is included. Delivery time (options and costs): - delivery within 9 am= € 25,00 - delivery within 10:30 am = €15,00
8WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T AT HOME?
If the recipient is not available, the courier leaves a message on the door, he makes a second attempt or the shipment goes into storage. Anyway we will track your shipment until delivery notification. Please, be aware that the courier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept liability if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or the address is incorrect. (For further informations, read Terms and Conditions) If you do not receive your gift on time, please contact us to report the problem.
9WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT SURE THAT THE RECIPIENT WILL BE AT HOME/OFFICE AT THE DELIVERY-TIME?
We have different types of products suitable for every moment of the day. So, if you aren’t sure that the recipient will be at home or at office for breakfast time, you can choose a “Romantic Break” or “Tea-Time” suitable for every moment of the day! Another option is to ship our “ Sweet Gift” the day before the occasion and we will write for you “Don’t open until tomorrow morning!”
10DELIVERY VIA COURIER MAY 'AFFECT THE QUALITY' OF PRODUCTS IN THE BOX?
Absolutely not! Coffee and Cappuccino are soluble, so you just add hot water. Biscuits and other fresh products are packaged in vacuum packs that preserve quality and taste.
11CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT BOX?
Of course! On our site you will find a wide range of boxes with graphics suitable for all occasions but, if you want, you can send us a picture and we will make a customized box for you! Similarly, you can customize the menu. We will satisfy your requests, as far as possible!
12CAN I SEND MY SWEET GIFT ANONYMOUSLY?
Of course! our sweet gifts are always anonymous. The box you have chosen is packaged inside an Appetitaly brand packaging box. The content is strictly confidential. The sender’s name is only in the message printed on the parchment, if it’s signed.
